Charlotte: Momma, I'm gonna eat my quesedilla all gone, okay?
Me: Okay, baby.
(She cleans her plate because she's growing)
Charlotte: Momma, can I have some candy?
Me: No, you've had a lot of sweets today.
Charlotte: Can I have ice cream?
Me: No, you've had a lot of sweets today.
(silence)
Me: How about some applesauce instead?
Charlotte: Okay.
Adam: This must be the only household that that switch would work in.
